We aim to discover therapeutic targets of various liver and metabolic diseases by defining underlying mechanisms. We utilize both murine and patient samples to conduct in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro experiments.
We are also trying to develop specific murine models of liver diseases to mimic human patients. Our ultimate goal is to pioneer in 'bench to bedside' translational research and improve the quality of life for patients.
